1. Who asks for this consent

The controller is JEEKSSHIRE 24 FZE LLC, Licence and Registration No. 2624416735888, Office CWS-1V-227119, 26th Floor, Amber Gem Tower, Sheikh Khalifa Street, Ajman, United Arab Emirates — owner and operator of Jeeks OS and of jeeksos.com. Privacy correspondence: 024ismo@gmail.com.

By ticking the consent box and sending the contact form you give consent within the meaning of Article 6(1)(a) and Article 7 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) to the processing described below. Consent is the only legal basis relied on for the form.

2. What data the consent covers

• your name, exactly as you type it;
• your e-mail address;
• the topic you select — General, Support, Partnership or Other;
• the content of your message;
• the date and time of sending, and your IP address, used only as a hashed counter key for an anti-spam rate limit.

Do not include special categories of data (Article 9 GDPR); the form does not ask for them.

3. Purposes

1. to read your enquiry and reply to you at the address you provide;
2. to keep the resulting correspondence while the matter is open;
3. to protect the form against automated abuse (a hidden honeypot field and a per-IP rate limit).

There is no other purpose. Your data is not profiled, not used for automated decision-making, not used for analytics, advertising or marketing, and never sold or made available for anyone else's purposes.

4. Conditions under Article 7

• Freely given. Nothing on jeeksos.com depends on it: you may write directly to 024ismo@gmail.com instead, and the site works the same.
• Specific and informed. It covers only the processing listed in sections 2, 3, 5 and 6.
• Unambiguous. It is given by a deliberate act — ticking an unticked box and submitting. Silence is not consent.
• Demonstrable. The fact, time and delivery status of each submission are logged, so consent can be evidenced.
• Distinguishable. This statement is separate from any other text and is written in plain language.

5. Who receives the data

• SMTP.bz — e-mail delivery provider that carries the message to the company inbox.
• DigitalOcean — hosting of the origin server, Frankfurt, Germany (EU).
• Timeweb — entry proxy in St Petersburg, Russia, for visitors routed through Russia; it stores no content.
• Cloudflare — DNS and geo-routing in DNS-only mode; traffic is not proxied through it.
• Google LLC — web fonts load from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com, disclosing your IP address and user-agent to Google.
• ip-api.com — receives your IP address to resolve the country and pick the default interface language; the result is not stored on the server.

6. Transfer outside the EEA

The message is read and answered by the company in the United Arab Emirates, for which the European Commission has adopted no adequacy decision. By consenting you explicitly consent to that transfer under Article 49(1)(a) GDPR, knowing that UAE law may not offer GDPR-equivalent protection and that enforcing your rights there may be harder. If you prefer not to accept this, do not use the form.

7. How long the data is kept

• Contact-form e-mails and correspondence: while the enquiry is handled and up to 24 months afterwards, then deleted.
• Mail-delivery log lines: 12 months.
• Anti-spam rate-limit counters: 1 hour rolling, then discarded.
• Server access and error logs: 30 days.

8. Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw at any time by sending one line to 024ismo@gmail.com, at no cost and without giving a reason — as easily as consent was given. Processing stops on receipt and the message and correspondence are deleted unless they must be kept to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

9. Your rights and where to send them

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and the right to complain to the supervisory authority of your Member State of residence or place of work. A Data Protection Officer is not required for this processing: there is no large-scale systematic monitoring and no special-category data. A representative under Article 27 GDPR has not been designated. Until one is, send every request and complaint to 024ismo@gmail.com, which reaches the company directly.

By submitting the contact form on jeeksos.com you acknowledge that you have read this notice and that you want the operator to receive and answer your message.

That is the complete list. jeeksos.com runs no analytics, no advertising, no trackers or pixels, and no profiling. Your information is not sold, not shared for cross-context behavioral advertising, and not used for targeted advertising or any automated decision about you. Because none of that happens, there is nothing here for you to opt out of — but the contact address below is open to you anyway.

• Timeweb — entry proxy in St Petersburg, Russia, for visitors routed through Russia; it terminates TLS, forwards the request and stores no content.

• Google LLC — receives your IP address and user-agent when the page loads web fonts from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com.
• ip-api.com — receives your IP address to resolve your country so the site can pick a default language; the answer is not stored on the server.

Each acts only on the operator's instructions for the purposes above. The operator reads and answers your message from the United Arab Emirates, so your submission leaves the United States.

5. How long it is kept

• Your message and the correspondence that follows: while the enquiry is handled and for up to 24 months afterwards, then deleted.
• Mail-delivery log lines: 12 months.
• Anti-spam rate-limit counters: 1 hour rolling.
• Server access and error logs: 30 days.

6. Children

jeeksos.com is not directed to children and the operator does not knowingly collect information from a child under 13. If you believe a child has sent a message through the form, write to 024ismo@gmail.com and it will be deleted.

7. Changing your mind

Write to 024ismo@gmail.com and ask for your message and correspondence to be deleted, corrected, or simply for no further reply. The request is honoured free of charge and you will not be treated differently for making it. Anything already lawfully done before your request — the message already delivered, the reply already sent — is not undone by it. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws may also exercise the access, correction, deletion and portability rights those laws give them at the same address; state law may allow you to appeal a refusal, and an appeal is made the same way.

8. Accountability

A Data Protection Officer is not required for this processing — there is no large-scale monitoring and no sensitive data collected. Every question, request or complaint goes to 024ismo@gmail.com and reaches the company directly.

By ticking the box and sending the contact form you give your consent under Article 6 of Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) to the processing set out below. Consent is the sole basis relied on for the contact form.

• the date and time of submission and your IP address, retained only as a hashed counter key for anti-spam rate limiting.

No sensitive personal data is requested and none should be included in the message.

• It is given by a clear affirmative act — ticking an unticked box and submitting the form. Silence is not consent.
• It is specific: limited to the data in section 2 and the purposes in section 3.
• It is informed: the recipients, the destinations and the retention periods are stated below before you give it.
• It is freely given: no part of jeeksos.com is conditional on it. You may write directly to 024ismo@gmail.com instead.
• It is evidenced: the fact, time and delivery status of each submission are logged.
• It is withdrawable at any time, as easily as it was given (section 7).

5. Recipients and cross-border transfer

The controller reads your message in the UAE; hosting and delivery take place outside it, principally in Germany. By consenting you also consent, for the purposes of the PDPL provisions on cross-border transfer, to processing in those locations by the processors named above, each acting only on the controller's instructions.

6. Retention

7. Withdrawal of consent

Send a message to 024ismo@gmail.com saying that you withdraw. No form and no reason are required and there is no charge. Processing stops on receipt and the message and correspondence are deleted unless retention is required to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim or by applicable law. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of the consent before it was withdrawn.

8. Rights and contact point

Under the PDPL you may request access to your data and a copy of it, its correction or completion, its erasure, the restriction or cessation of processing, and its transfer to another controller, and you may complain to the UAE Data Office. A Data Protection Officer has not been appointed and is not required here: the processing involves no large-scale systematic monitoring and no sensitive personal data. All requests go to 024ismo@gmail.com.

By ticking the box and sending the contact form you give consent under Article 13(1)(1) and Article 14 of the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China (PIPL). This consent is voluntary, explicit and given with full knowledge of the matters below.

No sensitive personal information is requested. Please do not include any in your message.

Handling is by ordinary electronic means: transmission, receipt by e-mail, storage and deletion. There is no automated decision-making, no profiling, no analytics, no advertising, no push delivery and no provision of your information to any third party for that party's own purposes. Your personal information is never sold.

4. Separate consent to cross-border provision (Article 39 PIPL)

jeeksos.com has no servers in mainland China. Sending the form necessarily provides your personal information outside the territory of the PRC, and the box you tick is a separate consent to that cross-border provision.

If you do not wish to provide your information across the border, do not use the form.

5. Voluntary nature

Nothing on jeeksos.com depends on this consent, and refusing it does not limit any function of the site. It is given only by ticking a box that is not pre-ticked and submitting the form.

6. Retention

• Your message and the correspondence: while the enquiry is handled and up to 24 months afterwards, then deleted.
• Mail-delivery log lines: 12 months.
• Anti-spam rate-limit counters: 1 hour rolling.
• Server access and error logs: 30 days.

These are the shortest periods needed for the purposes above. When a period ends the data is deleted.

7. Withdrawal of consent (Article 15 PIPL)

You may withdraw this consent, including the separate cross-border consent, at any time by writing to 024ismo@gmail.com. No reason is required and there is no charge. On receipt the handling stops and your message and correspondence are deleted, unless retention is required by law. Withdrawal does not affect the validity of handling carried out on the basis of the consent before it was withdrawn.

8. Your rights and the contact point

You may consult and copy your personal information, request its correction or supplementation, request its deletion, ask for an explanation of the handling rules, and restrict or refuse handling. A representative in the PRC under Article 53 PIPL has not been designated. Until one is, every request, question and complaint should be sent to 024ismo@gmail.com, which reaches the company directly. A person in charge of personal information protection is not required for this handling, the volume being far below the threshold set by the State cyberspace authority.

By ticking the box and sending the contact form you give your free, specific, informed and conscious consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data". Consent is given by you personally and in your own interest.

2. maintaining the correspondence that arises from it while the matter is open;

The data is not used for advertising, marketing, analytics or profiling, is not subject to automated decision-making producing legal effects for you, and is not disclosed to anyone for their own purposes.

Consent is given to the following actions with the data in section 3: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access) to the persons named in section 5, depersonalisation, blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing is mixed — with and without automation means — and involves no transfer over the internet for any purpose other than those in section 2.

You separately consent to the cross-border transfer of the data in section 3 to the United Arab Emirates, where the operator reads and answers the message, and to Germany, where the origin server is located.

6. Term of validity

This consent takes effect on submission of the form and is valid until withdrawn, and in any event no longer than the following periods: contact-form e-mails and correspondence — while the enquiry is handled and up to 24 months afterwards; mail-delivery log lines — 12 months; anti-spam rate-limit counters — 1 hour rolling; server access and error logs — 30 days. On expiry the data is deleted or destroyed.

7. Withdrawal

You may withdraw this consent at any time by sending a written withdrawal to 024ismo@gmail.com. No reason need be given and there is no charge. On receipt the operator ceases processing and destroys the data within the period established by law, unless retention is required for the defence of a legal claim or by law. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing performed before it. You may also request information about the processing, the clarification, blocking or destruction of incomplete, inaccurate or unlawfully obtained data, and you may apply to the authorised body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects or to a court.

8. Responsible person

A separate officer responsible for the organisation of personal data processing is not required here — there is no large-scale systematic monitoring and no special-category data. All requests and complaints are handled by the operator directly at 024ismo@gmail.com.
