1. Acceptance of these Terms
1.1 These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of jeeksos.com and all its pages (the "Website"). By opening the Website, passing its access gate or writing to us through the contact form, you accept them; if you do not, please close the Website.
1.2 They govern the Website only. Jeeks OS is not yet released; when it launches it will be supplied under a separate agreement shown to you at that time.
2. Who operates the Website
2.1 The Website is operated by JEEKSSHIRE 24 FZE LLC ("we", "us"), a Free Zone Establishment registered with Ajman NuVentures Centre Free Zone (ANC Free Zone), Government of Ajman, under Licence and Registration No. 2624416735888, incorporated on 29 June 2026 under Amiri Decree No. 15 of 2023, registered office Office CWS-1V-227119, 26th Floor, Amber Gem Tower, Sheikh Khalifa Street, Ajman, United Arab Emirates. Our registration can be verified at www.ancfz.ae.

3. What the Website is today
3.1 This is an informational, pre-launch site. It sells nothing, takes no payment and has no user accounts — no registration, no password of yours, no sign-in through Google, Apple or any other provider — and carries no analytics, advertising, tracking pixels or profiling.
3.2 Until launch the Website sits behind an access gate. Any access credential we give you is personal to you: do not share or publish it, or use it for anyone we have not admitted. We may withdraw access at any time.
3.3 Everything describing Jeeks OS — profile and portfolio, creative jobs, projects and talent, the social feed, messenger and communities, the marketplace, AI and creative tools, knowledge sharing — describes a product that is not yet released. Features may change, be postponed or be dropped.
4. "Coming soon" platform badges
4.1 macOS, iOS (App Store), web browser, Windows and Android appear on the Website marked "coming soon". Those badges state our present intent. They are not an offer, not a pre-order, not a commitment to release on any platform and not a promise of any release date.
4.2 Release depends on matters outside our sole control, including third-party store review. Nothing on the Website creates a contract to supply Jeeks OS, and statements about plans speak only as at the date they are published. Do not make commitments or purchases in reliance on an expected launch.
5. Permitted use
5.1 You may read the Website and print or save individual pages for personal, non-commercial reference with proprietary notices intact; link to it from a lawful site, provided the link claims no association or endorsement; and use the contact form for genuine enquiries. Any other use needs our prior written permission.
6. Prohibited conduct
6.1 You must not:
- scrape, crawl, harvest, mirror, frame or systematically copy the Website, or extract its content by automated means, other than a search engine following our published robots rules;
- attempt unauthorised access to the Website, its server or its access gate, or probe or test any security control;
- interfere with the availability or integrity of the Website, by flooding, denial-of-service activity, injected code or malware;
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Website, except where that restriction is prohibited by law applicable to you;
- abuse the contact form with bulk, automated or repeated submissions, advertising, phishing or unlawful, abusive, defamatory or infringing content, or circumvent its rate limits and anti-spam measures;
- impersonate anyone, or use the Website for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.
6.2 The Website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.
7. Intellectual property
7.1 The Website and its content — text, layout, design, graphics, icons and code — belong to us or are used with permission and are protected by copyright and other rights. Nothing grants a licence by implication or estoppel; all rights not expressly granted are reserved.
7.2 "Jeeks OS" and "JEEKSSHIRE 24", the Jeeks OS wordmark, the JOS icon and the JEEKSSHIRE 24 crest are our marks. Do not use them in a product name, domain, social handle, logo, metadata or advertising without our written consent; fair descriptive reference in editorial or journalistic use is permitted.
7.3 Third-party names and marks shown on the Website belong to their owners. If you believe material here infringes your rights, write to 024ismo@gmail.com with the material, where it appears and the basis of your claim.
8. Material you send us
8.1 The contact form collects your name, e-mail address, a topic and a message. You are responsible for what you send; do not send confidential material, material belonging to someone else, or sensitive personal data.
8.2 You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce and use your message solely to read it, reply, handle the enquiry and keep a record of the correspondence — for that purpose only, and only for as long as we keep it. Messages are delivered by e-mail through our provider SMTP.bz and handled as set out in the Privacy Policy.
8.3 Ideas or feature requests sent unprompted may be used without obligation, payment or confidentiality; we often work on similar ideas independently. Rights in your own pre-existing work are unaffected.
9. Third-party links and services
9.1 Links to services we do not control, including our Telegram channels and group website, are followed at your own risk; we are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.
9.2 The Website depends on DigitalOcean (hosting, Frankfurt, Germany), Timeweb (entry proxy for visitors from Russia, St Petersburg), Cloudflare (DNS and geo-routing, DNS-only), Google LLC (Google Fonts, which discloses your IP address and user agent to Google), ip-api.com (resolves your IP address to a country so the Website can choose a default language) and SMTP.bz (e-mail delivery for the contact form). Their roles are set out in the Privacy Policy.
10. No warranties
10.1 The Website is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that its content is complete or current.
10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties, conditions and representations not expressly set out here, whether express, implied or statutory, including satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Descriptions of Jeeks OS are forward-looking statements about a product in development, not warranties.
11. Limitation of liability
11.1 Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
11.2 Otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of profit, business, revenue, data or goodwill, or for indirect or consequential loss, arising from use of or inability to use the Website — including any decision, expenditure or commitment made in anticipation of the release of Jeeks OS.
11.3 Subject to clause 11.1, our total aggregate liability in connection with the Website is limited to AED 1,000. The Website is supplied free of charge and takes no payment.
12. Indemnity
12.1 You will indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Website, or material you send through the contact form that breaks the law or infringes a third party's rights. We will notify you promptly of any such claim, will not settle it without consulting you, and you may take part in the defence at your own cost. This clause applies only so far as the law applicable to you allows.
13. Changes, suspension and termination
13.1 We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Website at any time, including the access gate; this is a pre-launch site and its content will change as the product develops.
13.2 We may amend these Terms. The version published on the Website is the version in force, and we will flag any change that materially affects your rights. Amendments are not retroactive; continuing to use the Website after a change takes effect means you accept it.
13.3 We may suspend or withdraw your access, including revoking an access credential, without notice where we reasonably believe you have breached clause 6 or that your access threatens the security or availability of the Website. You may stop using the Website at any time. Clauses 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15 and 16 survive.
14. Governing law, consumer protection and disputes
14.1 These Terms, and any non-contractual obligation arising out of them, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ajman.
14.2 Your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected. If you are a consumer habitually resident in an EU or EEA country, clause 14.1 does not deprive you of the protection of provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement under the law of your country of residence. Those protections continue to apply in full, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of the country where you live.
14.3 No mandatory arbitration. These Terms contain no arbitration agreement: nothing here requires you to arbitrate a dispute or to give up access to the courts.
14.4 Online dispute resolution. The European Commission's ODR platform, formerly at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, ceased operating in July 2025 and can no longer receive complaints. We do not currently commit to an alternative dispute resolution body. Consumers can get free help with a cross-border complaint from the European Consumer Centre in their country.
14.5 Right of withdrawal. Nothing is sold through the Website — no purchase, subscription or pre-order is possible — so no distance contract arises and the statutory right of withdrawal has nothing to attach to. If Jeeks OS is later offered for sale, the pre-contractual information and withdrawal rights will be given before any order is placed.
14.6 Data protection contacts. We have not designated a representative in the Union under Article 27 GDPR; send data-protection requests directly to 024ismo@gmail.com. A data protection officer is not required for this processing — no large-scale monitoring, no special-category data — and none has been appointed. You may also complain to your national supervisory authority.
15. General
15.1 If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable it is severed and the rest continues in force; a delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
15.2 These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about the Website, which does not exclude liability for fraudulent misrepresentation. We may transfer our rights and obligations to a group company or to a buyer of the business without reducing your rights; you may not transfer yours without our consent.
15.3 Translated versions of the Website are provided for convenience; in case of discrepancy the English version prevails, unless mandatory law applicable to you provides otherwise.

14.2 Informal resolution first. Before starting formal proceedings, please e-mail 024ismo@gmail.com with "Dispute" in the subject line, giving your name, contact details, what happened and the outcome you want. We will reply and try in good faith to resolve the matter within 60 days. This step is taken in good faith on both sides and does not shorten or suspend any limitation period applying to your claim.
14.3 No arbitration, no class-action waiver. These Terms contain no arbitration agreement. You do not give up a trial by jury, and you do not give up the right to take part in a class, collective or representative action.
14.4 Rights that cannot be waived. Nothing here waives or limits any right or remedy that cannot be waived under the law applicable to you, including the consumer-protection statutes of the state where you live. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation of incidental or consequential damages; where that is so, clauses 10 and 11 apply to you only as far as that state permits.
14.5 Venue. Subject to clauses 14.3 and 14.4, proceedings may be brought in the courts of the Emirate of Ajman. Nothing prevents you from bringing an individual claim in a small-claims court in your own state that has jurisdiction over it.

The courts of the Emirate of Ajman have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Website.
14.2 Free-zone licence. We hold Licence and Registration No. 2624416735888 issued by Ajman NuVentures Centre Free Zone, Government of Ajman, under Amiri Decree No. 15 of 2023. The licence is valid until 28 June 2027 and is renewable. We operate subject to the regulations of that free zone and to applicable UAE federal law; licence details may be verified at www.ancfz.ae.
14.3 Amicable settlement first. Before starting proceedings, please write to 024ismo@gmail.com setting out the dispute. The parties will try to settle it amicably within 30 days of that notice; failing settlement, either party may refer the matter to the courts of Ajman.
14.4 Compliance with UAE law. You must not use the Website in a way that breaches the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including those on cybercrime, information technology and online content.

3. What the Website is today
3.1 This is an informational, pre-launch site. It sells nothing, takes no payment and has no user accounts — no registration, no password of yours, no sign-in through Google, Apple or any other provider — and carries no analytics, advertising, tracking pixels or profiling.
3.2 Until launch the Website sits behind an access gate. Any access credential we give you is personal to you: do not share or publish it, or use it for anyone we have not admitted. We may withdraw access at any time.

4.1 macOS, iOS (App Store), web browser, Windows and Android appear on the Website marked "coming soon". Those badges state our present intent. They are not an offer, not a pre-order, not a commitment to release on any platform and not a promise of any release date.
4.2 Release depends on matters outside our sole control, including third-party store review and any local approval that may be needed. Nothing on the Website creates a contract to supply Jeeks OS, and statements about plans speak only as at the date they are published.

8. Material you send us
8.1 The contact form collects your name, e-mail address, a topic and a message. You are responsible for what you send; do not send confidential material, material belonging to someone else, or sensitive personal data.
